Ashley Provost, President, Lead Stager

Ashley was raised in Walnut Creek, CA.  After graduating from UC Berkeley, she lived in Europe for 2 years, travelling and gathering inspiration from cities which still inspire her most today: Rome, Nice, Prague, London and the famed Italian countryside.  She returned to the East Bay Area, where she found a renewed appreciation for classic California style.  She worked for Pottery Barn for 2 years before working under a prominent stager/designer, who she later built a partnership with and continues to collaborate with on certain projects.  She launched Ashley Provost Design in 2010, her fifth year in the staging industry, with a laptop, a small storage space and a vision of a boutique company which would embrace friendly, easy service while maximizing the sale of clients' most important investment of their lives, their homes.

Now, she prides herself in doing business overwhelmingly by referral, working with many of the best realtors in the business, as well as countless homeowners who she has come to call friends.  Ashley lives in Danville with her longtime boyfriend, Dean and golden retriever, Luke.  She is passionate about 2 charities in particular, One Warm Coat and Helping Hands.

Robin Noble, Stager

Robin is originally from Montana and was raised in Hayward, CA.  She has 3 wonderful children and 5 beautiful grandchildren.  She has always enjoyed working with people, including past professions in health care, working for physicians and caring for the elderly.  She managed a retail store where she found her passion for design and staging her store, and loved inspiring her customers in this exciting way.  She began working with APD in 2012 as a staging assistant and later was promoted to a stager. Robin enjoys travelling and spending time with family in her free time.  She lives an exciting life and our team enjoys hearing her stories of the incredible experiences she has had such as hiking the Himilayas!  


Chloe Lopez-Radillo, Stager

Chloe was born and raised in Los Angeles. As an adult, motivated by a desire to help others, she went into the medical field, working at one of the top hospitals in the nation. She enjoyed five years in this profession, but always wanted to travel to Northern California where she met Ashley and joined APD as an assistant stager.  She finally felt fulfilled in this field and was quickly promoted to a stager.

Chloe is in a great relationship and has had the pleasure of being in her boyfriend's son's life.  They love to go bike riding, hiking--anything outdoors. She loves exercising and eating healthy, and she is  always looking for great recipes!  Chloe is a dynamic part of our team and is constantly growing and embracing new experiences and challenges in staging!


Katie Billingsley, Accounts Manager

Katie was born and raised in Danville, CA, where she still lives today.  She has been married to her high school sweetheart for the last 8 years, and they have 3 beautiful children together, Brooke, Blake and Taylor.  She graduated from UCSB in 2004 with a degree in Business Economics.  She went on to work for 8 years for a developer, managing over 200,000 square feet of retail shopping centers.  This management experience made her a great fit at APD where she brings valuable organization to our "back of house" systems, managing email communications, proposals and accounts.

In her free time, Katie loves to run, TRX, ski and spend time with friends and family.  You may spot her at one of her favorite places like Hawaii, Santa Barbara and Tahoe.



Andre DeCoito, Logistics

Born and raised in Castro Valley, Andre practiced wrestling all throughout his upbringing. He, Zack and Miko, also on our logistics team, have all been close friends since childhood. Andre prefers to spend his spare time enjoying his family and close friends. He also enjoys basketball and photography.

Zack McBeth, Logistics

Zack is an EMT and platoon leader of Fire 1 Academy, and is currently pursuing a career in fire service as he works with our team. He also works part time as a drill instructor at a fire academy and is a wrestling coach. In addition to wrestling and MMA training, he also enjoys drawing portraits and outdoor activities of any kind.


Cynthia Maertens, Stager

Cynthia was raised in southern California and has lived in Danville for the last 5 years.  She has always had a passion for design.  She studied Environmental Design at Cal Poly Pomona, then studied Fashion & Home Design at Mt. San Antonio College.  She loves designing fashion ensembles and of course staging homes.  She recently learned to play golf and enjoys good food, running and sailing.



Lundon Langon, Stager

Lundon grew up in Castro Valley, CA where she lives today.  She graduated from Castro Valley High School in 2012 and worked as a receptionist at her family's spa and salon before coming to work with APD.  Lundon has an innate passion for aesthetics and visual framing, which manifests in her love of painting, drawing and photography in addition to staging.  She enjoys exploring new places to spur her creativity.  Lundon's favorite part about staging is thinking outside the box to highlight unique features in each home and make each project look it's best.  She also loves helping people see a home in a way they may not have seen it before.


Brittanny Montoya, Stager

Brittanny grew up in Antioch and graduated from Deer Valley High School.  She has a passion for martial arts and studied for over 5 years to earn her black belt.  A lover of travel, Brittanny has been to about 15 US states as well as to Costa Rica, where she loved soaking up the culture, mingling with locals and exploring the country.  She is interested in learning about all aspects of real estate.  She enjoys repelling, rock climbing and finding new places to hike in her free time. 


Angela O’Neill, Staging Coordinator/Office Manager

Angela brings 20 years of experience in business administration, project management and finance to our team. A Bay Area native, she studied at CSU Hayward. Angela enjoys family time, volunteering in the community, world travel, photography, yoga and running, and is working toward her pilot’s license. She lives with her husband and 2 children.


Samuel Payne IV, Logistics

Sam was born in Georgia and comes from a military family. He went to Pittsburg High School and LMC, and played both football and baseball throughout school. Now a father of 4 and a little league coach, Sam enjoys family time when not helping out our staging team.


Josh Castillo, Logistics

Josh was born and raised in Vallejo. A very family-oriented man, he loves spending time with family and friends on weekends, including watching Shrek with his son. He also enjoys basketball and “record digging”, looking for classic albums or singles at stores, garage sales or flea markets.


Austin Hayes, Logistics

Austin was born and raised in Antioch. He is currently pursuing a degree in business and criminal justice. He loves to work out and spends free time outdoors exploring new places and opportunities. He is also a very family-oriented person and enjoys spending weekends with family.
